Beauty & the Beast(s) (Smoker of the Year Contest entry)

Okay, here’s another strong Smoker of the Year contest entry.

This one comes from Jerry Lampkin of T.N.G. Motorsports Guide Service in Northern California.

In Jerry’s own words:

“The story is, it was my wife’s first salmon, so we had to keep it,” he says. “That’s my story and I’m sticking with it….”

Jerry didn’t mention where the fish was caught — probably didn’t want to reveal his secret Smoker Hole.
