Come on — you know you’ve always been curious about what life is like on the pro bass tour, right? Well, Big Fred’s the star of a new film called Cast which follows him around during an FLW tour event.

Cast is a documentary that follows the life of Professional Angler Fred Contaoi as he competes in the $1.5 Million Dollar Wal-Mart FLW (Forrest L. Wood-Owner of Ranger Boats) Tour on Beaver Lake which is a bass fishing tournament that brings together hundreds of anglers from all around the nation competing for over a million dollars in prize money.
Fred’s adventure brings us in contact with pro anglers, co-anglers, tour organizers, sponsors, and hometown fishing enthusiasts sharing their experiences and feelings about the sport.
The film was shot entirely in Arkansas with appearances by Pro Angler of the Year Jay Yelas and FLW Outdoors President and host of the Wal-Mart FLW Tour show on the Fox Sports Network, Charlie Evans.
Castwill premiere at the Script-2-Screen Film Festival in
Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday, October 6th at 7:00pm at the Cinema Theatre.
