This works great if you are tying a larger glo bug but for tying small ones [i.e. I have caught steelhead on size 22s] try threading your yarn or McFly foam through a hollowed out ball point pen. If you shove a doubled over piece of mono through the pen it makes it real easy to pull the glo bug material through. Holding a bulky piece of yarn with my big fat fingers over a short shanked hook is impossible.
