Yea, it’s April and most Northern California steelhead streams are closed…but there are a few places still open where you can get a last-minute cure for your jones…
Portions of the Smith, Eel, Russian, Trinity and Klamath rivers remain open, along with Valley streams like the American, Sacramento, Yuba and Feather rivers (be sure to consult the DFG regs booklet before you go!).
