I’m not sure what this crazy foam is, but people on the scene said it was stacked 3-4 feet high. Whatever it is, it can’t be good. Thanks to Michael J. Peckham and Stephen Burgess for the photos. What the F is it. I’ve been reading reports of this stuff for a week or so now. I’ve never been more than a few miles above Verona. Is this a normal occurence?
