Coho are crazy, leaping freaks. Here are just a few shots I took of them in Alaska this summer…

Hi JD. I’ve read your Plug Fishing for River Salmon twice now waiting for the water in the Sacramento to cool off and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve been doing this for about 40 years and I was really surprised at how much I learned from your book. I would like to switch to siwash hooks as you suggested on M-2’s to T60’s and K14’s and K15’s but I don’t know what sizes to use. Also, should I replace both hooks with a smaller siwash on the front of just leave one on the back. Thanks for your feedback if you have time. Ron Ross
